Shipping policy

Ready-made items will be shipped within 5 business days. Adjustments or alterations will add extra time, so please reach out if you have questions. 

For custom orders, please contact us at mariasmantillas@gmail.com for information on your expected shipping time. 

To keep costs as low as possible, some items may ship in recycled packaging, such as a "returnable" package we received, a paper bag, or other re-used material. If you are not okay with that, please email us before you purchase. 

Please take into consideration possible shipping delays that are out of our control. After we ship the item, we are not responsible for possible delays from the carrier.
